We met the lovely and talented Carol Van Zandt at Quilt Market in Houston. Last month she emailed and asked if we wanted to use any of her new fabric line: Pop Rox. We said yes and used it to make an elegant version of our new Churndash Court pattern!
Firelights Quilt & A Giveaway!
Quiltmaker does this really neat issue twice a year called 'Quilts from Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks'. I have a quilt featured in this upcoming Spring '14 issue. It is based on my Formation block that was featured in 100 Blocks, Volume 8. Below is the block, and you can read all about it here!

Bugsy's Lexington Lane Quilt
We made this bed size Lexington Lane quilt over a year ago and failed to get any good photos! My little sister quickly claimed this one for her college bed and away it went. We all got together in Spokane this last week and I asked her to bring it to shoot a few photos.
Cooper Carry-All in Bali Batiks
We are big batik fans in this household. Rich color, minimum raveling, gorgeous texture. Oh la la! I could go all day. Hoffman Fabrics graciously sent us a Splash Bali Pop and some matching yardage to make a Cooper Carry-All for our booth at Quilt Market in Houston.
