Introducing the Hetty HoldAll Bag!

Introducing the Hetty HoldAll Bag!

The Hetty HoldAll is our newest bag pattern and one of my favorite already! Everything from the hardware to the size makes me smile. The size of the Hetty HoldAll is perfect for everyday occasions. I have been using mine for airplane trips because I can fit all my daily purse contents plus snacks, entertainment and a water bottle.

Introducing the Bugsy Backpack!

Introducing the Bugsy Backpack!

The Bugsy Backpack is up today! We have been wanting to make a backpack pattern for awhile, but were waiting on a unique idea to come to mind and this Spring it did! Our Bugsy Backpack is named after my little sister, Alayna's nickname, and has been on my back since the first sample was made.
Introducing the Teddy Tote!

Introducing the Teddy Tote!

Some designs come from an artistic vision and some come about to fill a need! Say hello to the new perfect everyday tote bag - the Teddy Tote! We both live in bag-free areas, so every trip the grocery store, Target or clothing store requires us to bring our own bag. I wanted something a little cuter than a canvas bag, but something quick and fun to make - that is how we ended up with the Teddy Tote

Introducing the Bubba Bowling Bag & New Pattern Sale

And last but not least... meet the Bubba Bowling Bag! This bag was inspired by my great grandma, Helen Faulkner's, retro bowling bag. We found it a few months ago while digging through storage for something or other and fell in love with it's funky trapezoidal shape.

Beth Corteville's Daily Duffle!

Beth Corteville's Daily Duffle!

Beth Corteville kindly shared an image of her finished Daily Duffle bag! Didn't it turn out great! I love the Melody Miller record fabric Beth used for the outside bag body. It gives the bag a fun vintage feel!
The Daily Duffle in Shaman

The Daily Duffle in Shaman

Today we are going to share our 'manly' version of the Daily Duffle bag that made an appearance in the Westminster Fibers booth at Quilt Market in Houston. We made this duffle with Parson Gray's new Shaman fabric line for FreeSpirit Fabrics.
Scrappy Orange Daily Duffle

Scrappy Orange Daily Duffle

We have another Daily Duffle bag we want to share with you! We coined this bag the Sassafras Lane duffle. We made it from our large stash of orange scraps. We cut them into 2 1/2" strips and pretended they were a jelly-roll, a very orange jelly-roll! We paired the orange scraps with a black and white zigzag and I absolutely LOVE the result!

Introducing the Daily Duffle

I have been completely failing on the blog front! I apologize! Between Quilt Market, moving (again) and the holidays, I have been slacking a little! We still have tons of Quilt Market projects to share, but first we still need to officially introduce two more patterns!
