Let’s get down to some quick facts, then I will share all the different versions we made. So, grab a cup of tea or wine, because this is a long post =]

When planning what projects we wanted to make for the Foundation LookbookEuclid Avenue came up as an option. But, I didn't want to make it the same way the original pattern was written. So.... I made it with a background and we added those instructions to the pattern!

Featured in Quilty Magazine

We feel completely honored to be featured in the last issue of Quilty magazine! Since their relaunch, the editors at Quilty have concocted an amazing new series called "Your Modern Heritage" where they take a closer look at a quilt that inspires them. And even more amazingly, they have chosen to feature our Empire Place BOM pattern!

Paradox Point QAL - Block 12

We took a little break from the Paradox Point QAL, but we are back now with the last block! This last block is a little bit of an illusion. The arrow is made up of four triangles that are made up of triangles inside of triangles! This is a little bit of an inception block!
Introducing Darby Road!

Introducing Darby Road!

Now onto our only paper-pieced project for our Spring patterns, Darby Road! This fun take on hexagons is pieced in half-hexagons and sewn together in rows, so there are no y-seams or tricky construction. Darby Road is a fun pattern to experiment with color placement and create a plethora of different looks!

Paradox Point QAL - Block 10

Paradox Point QAL - Block 10

Block 10 - yowza! That means we are rounding the corner towards the finish line of our Paradox Point QAL. (Sorry for the metaphor but I just watched the Kentucky Derby!) This is a neat block featuring some stacked flying geese. Block 10 is one that can take on multiple looks depending on the contrast in your main colors and fabric placement. Let's take a look at what our talent sewers did!
