Empire Place in Me+You Batiks
We are well on our way with Empire Place week! Today we are sharing this striking version made with Hoffman California's new branch of modern batiks, Me+You. They are a fresh new take on batiks and they have hand dyed solids! We couldn't resist and Kristy made an Empire Place with them!
The Me+You batiks include both solids and small modern prints. We paired a solid with 1 coordinating colored print and 1 black and white print to create the blocks. We used assorted black and white prints for the accents, a dark green solid for the main accent and a light grey solid for the background.
