Cassidy Crossover Show & Tell

My mom taught the Cassidy Crossover at The Quilt Store again. Her students did a great job! Mary's bag is made in teals, blues and purple cottons with a great geometric print on the front pocket. Mary swapped out the fusible interfacing for fusible fleece. This made the purse a little puffier and safer for her Nook. Karen's purse is the perfect accessory for Autumn. She made it with really gorgeous green and orange batiks.

Here is a closeup on Karen's purse. She used some fun decorative stitches to applique the pocket. I love the slightly different look it gives the purse!
