Introducing Privet Drive!

Happy Monday! Today I am writing to you from a little coffee shop in Midtown Manhattan! I am on a trip with my best friend and we are having a blast, and getting some work done. This week, we are going to continue introducing our new(ish) patterns and next up on the docket is our Privet Drive! This is a fun and visually mind-twisting paper-pieced pattern that includes 3 different sizes.

The cover quilt was made using over 60 different American Made Brand solid fabrics. Each paper-pieced block was made using one color and the background. The blocks were then arranged in color order to create a cascading rainbow across the quilt. 

Our good friend and talented quilter, Juli Kieny, made this beauty. She quilted serpentine lines in a clear thread in the colors and using a dark magenta thread, she quilted loop-de-loops and straight echoing lines in the background. Juli bound the quilt using a dark eggplant solid.
