Zoey's Zoo Tutorial & Giveaway with Timeless Treasures Fabrics!

Hey Everyone! Sorry I have been MIA for the last few days! My college roommate/great friend got hitched this weekend so I was busy off bridesmaiding! While I was gone, Timeless Treasures Fabrics featured our Zoey's Zoo quilts and a machine appliqué tutorial we put together on their Sew Timeless blog! Go check it out here and see how easy it really is!
Elsie Stone's Diamond Alley Quilt

Elsie Stone's Diamond Alley Quilt

Elsie Stone sent us pictures of her gorgeous Diamond Alley quilt and we had to share them! She used assorted red fabrics for the diamonds, ranging from light pink to dark maroon, and a crisp white for the background. She made the Diamond Alley quilt pattern larger by adding 2 more vertical rows, making a total of 39 diamonds, and large white borders that float the diamonds.
New Mini Quilt Wall

New Mini Quilt Wall

I have a small (and growing) collection of mini quilts. There is a huge satisfaction is designing, sewing, quilting, binding and hanging something all in one day! I have my small collection of six quilts hung behind my sewing machine table.

The quilt finishes 36" x 36"; the perfect size for a wall-hanging or baby quilt.
Prism Parkway in Nutmeg

Prism Parkway in Nutmeg

I am going to preface this post by saying that I was really hesitant to mix these fall colors with cream backgrounds and a solid pure white. That being said, I have never been happier to be wrong! I absolutely love this quilt and it has become one of my favorites!
Churndash Court in Little Ark

Alright! I am so excited to finally start sharing some Pittsburgh Quilt Market projects with you! Today we are showing off the Churndash Court quilt we made for Riley Blake's booth. We used the Little Ark line and I am in love with the color combinations. Aqua, blue, grey, green and cheddar! Yes, CHEDDA!
