Deck the halls this holiday season with this fast and fun wallhanging! Hang the Tall Tree Lane on the back of a door, on a wall or use it as a table runner! Make it scrappy using all those little pieces you’ve saved or use a few of your favorite fat-quarters.
The holiday season is upon us! And Tall Tree Lane is the perfect last minute project to get you in the holiday spirit. Here are a few versions to inspire you.
We can’t get enough of these Ombre Confetti Dot fabrics and making a Tall Tree Lane with them seemed like the perfect holiday combo. We arranged the fabrics to get lighter as you go up the tree and paired the greens with a gold on white fabric for the background. These play so amazingly together! Add in a pop of mustard cork for the star and a stripe binding and Voila!
We love this tree so much and thought you might as well, so we decided to kit it up. Grab a Tall Tree Lane Kit and get sewing!
What is prettier than a snow covered tree lit up by moonlight? Nothing! That was the inspiration for this next tree. We used all different low volumes for the tree and paired it with the midnight star print from Good Vibes Only. We finished this one off with a bright yellow star made from vinyl and a gold stripe fabric for the binding These little touches really bring this wall hanging together.
Doing something a little less traditional… and in rainbow is kind of our thing. So with this tree we gradated color from gold down the tree to magenta. To make these warm fabrics pop, we paired them with an aqua dot background. Add in a pink cork star and an amazing stripe binding and we have a very very happy tree!
And last but not least is our scrappy tree. Don’t tell the others, but this one may be my favorite! We sewed together a whole big pile of scraps to get this effect and we adore it. The fabric we chose for the background looks like giant snowfall which is absolutely perfect! Final touches for this tree were another pink cork star and a green houndstooth print for the binding.
Stay tuned for our big sale announcement coming this Friday and enjoy some family time tomorrow!
