Quilt Market in Houston - Orange Couch
As promised, here are the fun photos taken of some great people who posed for a photo on our awesome orange couch!
Jessica Stern from Dear Stella Designs and Hayden Lees of Timeless Treasures Fabrics stopped in when they finally had time to get out of their busy booths!
Carolyn Beam from Quiltmaker magazine and Erin Russek from McCall's Quilting and One Piece at a Time both stopped in to say hello and try out the couch!
Kelly Corfe and friend from The Quilting Bee in Fonthill, Ontario stopped in to order some patterns. Much easier to order on day 3 of Market from a sitting position!
Amy Marson, Gailen Runge and Roxane Cerda from C&T Publishing stopped by to say hello and grab a brochure. We are hoping to work these ladies in the near future! =]
Bernie Wing of Whistlepig Creek Productions came by to check out the couch. It wasn't quite as comfy as he was thinking!
These gals/witches were having a ball. I failed to grab their names or store. If you know who they are, let me know!
Jennifer Moore from Monaluna stopped in to see how our first Market was going. She is a sweetheart!
Ann Hudson, Angie Carney and Marlo Harris of Bernina Sewing, Etc. in Ridgeland, MS all stopped in to get some patterns. They were a hoot!
June Dudley, Editor-in-Chief of Quiltmaker, stopped in to say hello between meetings. I couldn't have asked for a better and more supportive ex-boss!
Here we are on the couch! It was fun to have in the booth. If we drive to any future Quilt Markets, I am sure it will make an appearance. For now, the couch is replacing me at my parents house! Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth!

Love the orange couch! Can I stop by next time…and take a nap? Although with all the energy you two have, I’ll be more likely to turn around and throw together a quilt. :-)
