Simply place in between the two layers of fabric, vinyl, or leather to punch your desired hole through them.  This tool is very useful when adding rivets, bag feet, leather lace, and more! Please make sure to only turn the Rotary Dies in the direction indicated by the arrow or it will damage the Punch.

The disc's included can be used on the base of the punch as a padding, but are not needed.
